We're happy to announce that Japantown Dental will re-open to treat all our patients starting June 1st. Thank you so much for your support during this difficult time.
Please note that as a result of COVID-19, we have updated some of our daily procedures. You'll still receive the same great service from our dedicated team, however to ensure the safety of all our patients we've implemented the following changes:
Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You will be asked those same questions again when you are in the office.
Day of your appointment:
- Please arrive to your appointment at least 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled time.
- Please bring with you a mask that will cover the nose and mouth.
- Upon arrival to your appointment, you are asked to wait in your car and call the office letting us know that you have arrived.
- We will take your temperature upon entering the office with a non-contact thermometer. You will then immediately be guided to your dental operatory.
- You will be asked to set all belongings including cell phones and purses on the counter and to immediately wash your hands.
- Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.
- We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting time for you.
- We have implemented additional air filtration and aerosol reducing devices to keep our air as sanitary as possible.
- We ask that you are the only person at your appointment. While we normally love having guests, at this time, no friends, visitors, family, kids, or pets are allowed to appointments.
